A CPA firm located in Laval, QC is currently looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist to join their team !

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for two partners
  • Preparation and format correspondence, reports or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Maintain billing records
  • Plan and organize appointments, conferences, meetings
  • Act as a collaborator and intermediate with clients, partners and other team professionals
Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Professional attitude focused on client service
  • Value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Knowledge of Caseware suite is an asset
  • 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
