Description

A globally recognized gaming destination conveniently situated just a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal is currently in search of a Cage Manager. As part of our expansion, we are unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

 A Cage Manager oversees financial transactions, including cash handling, credit operations, and customer financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee accurate and efficient financial transactions.
  • Manage significant cash flows, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including AML policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regulatory reports.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and update procedures as needed.
  • Lead and mentor staff, promoting excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Ensure high-quality service, particularly for VIP guests.
  • Resolve disputes related to financial transactions.
  • Strategize ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and enforce policies for financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.

 

 

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial management or cage operations experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming industry compliance and financial transaction laws.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English & French to communicate with customers when required.
  • Experience with management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
