We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Data Entry Clerk to assist our Financial Director. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, with an understanding of basic financial software being an asset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering data and providing administrative support to the finance department.
Accurately enter financial data into our systems, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
Assist the Financial Director with daily data entry tasks and report generation.
Input invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into QuickBooks.
Use Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring all data is properly formatted and organized.
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formatting).
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is an asset
