We are looking for a dynamic, meticulous and resourceful person who can join our Custom Solutions team. The Mechanical Technician-Assembler will be involved in the various stages of the production of highly specialized applications.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret manufacturing plans
- Plan the choice and preparation of parts, cutting tools and measuring instruments
- Participate in the assembly assembly in accordance with the plans / work instructions and specifications
- Operate various equipment and tools (saws, drill press, milling machine, etc.) - Install fittings and other parts
- Proceed to the bending of tubes
- Ensure professional communication and follow-up with our suppliers - Perform final inspections and tests
- Prepare the packaging of finished products
- See to the maintenance of equipment The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a workshop;
- Relevant technical training (machining technique, mechanical engineering technique, instrumentation/control technique or other);
- Skills in 3D vision;
- Excellent technical skill and manual dexterity;
- Great attention to detail and precision;
- Excellent team spirit
- Great autonomy and integrity
- Creativity and curiosity; oriented towards innovative solutions
- Versatility; Ease of dealing with several files at the same time
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of MS Office software and the Windows environment.
