Description

Our client , Canadian importer and distributor of specialty grocery and retail products, supplying national chains and independent retailers across the country. We bring premium international brands—including a strong selection of kosher products—to the Canadian market. As the company continues to grow, They are looking for a detail-driven Operations Support Analyst to support efficient operations and ensure our products reach retailers smoothly and accurately.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montréal

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a key link between Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. You’ll manage product set-ups, ensure data accuracy, maintain retailer listings, and support new product onboarding. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and playing a central role in operational success, this position is an excellent fit.

 

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings and item submissions for major retailers and distributors.
  • Maintain and upload accurate product data into GS1, including dimensions and nutritional information.
  • Create, update, and maintain SKU master data in the ERP system.
  • Complete vendor item forms and compliance documents for large retail customers.
  • Update price lists and enter customer information in the CRM and ERP.
  • Maintain retailer portals to ensure all product attributes and listings remain accurate and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Sales teams for new product onboarding and promotional activities.
  • Support Operations and Logistics with clear product specifications for labeling, receiving, and warehousing.
  • Assist with reporting, product catalogs, and documentation updates.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, listing rejections, and setup issues.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain support, product data management, or retail listings.
  • Experience with GS1 and retailer portals (an asset).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.
  • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bilingualism (English& French )preferred.
