Video Conferencing Manager

Our client is seeking a Video Conferencing Manager to provide crucial support to employees in the Montreal and Quebec regions. This role is pivotal, requiring a highly organized and skilled professional who excels in communication and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

  • Prepare rooms for videoconferences and meetings for Bell employees.
  • Allocate appropriate rooms for conferences and meetings.
  • Liaise with clients and event managers to ensure aligned schedules and meeting requirements such as equipment or catering needs.
  • Develop and distribute meeting materials before the start of meetings.
  • planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
  • Make sure that the equipment is working properly
  • Provide technical support as needed.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco Webex/Logitech video conferencing systems
  • College degree or AEC in information technology
  • Certified in CCNA, CCNP, CCIE would be a definite asset
  • Bilingual (French/English) to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion & integrity
