Description
Our client, a renowned international company in the meat and poultry industry, is seeking a skilled and energetic Sales Representative who is fluent in Mandarin to join their team at their Toronto branch. With a presence in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, this role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team and contribute to continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ready-made prospecting approaches to identify new business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell our high-quality meat and/or poultry products.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with our clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by quickly resolving issues and complaints.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members to achieve common goals.
- Manage the supply chain by providing detailed reports on customer needs, encountered issues, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, including experience in telemarketing.
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential
